At IGSD Creative Services Limited, ethical and sustainable are the values at our core. We always act with integrity and honesty. Ethical consideration is given to every aspect of our business from choice of supplier to pricing and marketing.
We source from Eco-conscious and environmentally responsible suppliers, not just for print but for branded promotional products also. It’s also very important to us as a business to apply sustainable printing practices wherever we can. Whether it’s printing on compostable packaging or using responsibly sourced materials, vegetable based inks or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified paper.
Print Partners
All of our print partners are certified to show that they are operating within the standards that form the basis of global best practice. ISO 14001 certification demonstrates their commitment to minimising the negative effect on the environment and ISO 9001 shows their commitment to strict quality management processes.
Other credentials they may have include being carbon neutral, a Sedex member, FSC or PEFC certified, 100% green energy certified or being affiliated with the Woodland Trust Carbon Capture scheme.
Environmentally Friendly Printing
Our print partners are based in the UK and follow environmentally friendly printing practices where possible, such as using chemical-free or vegetable-based inks, or by employing printing methods that consume less energy and resources as well as produce less waste – all of which reduce any harmful impact on the environment.
Being environmentally friendly is much more than just using recycled paper, and the printing industry is doing its bit to create print solutions with environmental protection in mind.
